Our client is looking for a Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage sales and service teams
Implement strategic planning to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
Responsible for managing market channel development and coordinating sales distribution
Establish sales territories, quotas and goals
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals
Work with cross functional teams
Responsible for all phases of product training for distributors and manufacturer's representatives in the Western Hemisphere
Develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA is preferred)
8-10 years overall sales experience within the rotating equipment industry
Knowledge of pumping and mechanical designs, hydraulics, instrumentation and rotating equipment
50% travel
