Position title: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
Duties/Responsibilities:
" Identify and implement new methods, tools and equipment used for welding, brazing, and CNC machining operations.
" Perform root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and lean manufacturing methods to improve overall processes
" Work with Purchasing and Materials departments to determine potential suppliers, contact new suppliers, present company product trials to suppliers and vendors
" Reduce costs
" Write new manufacturing processes and present to upper management
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer within the aerospace industry. You MUST have considerable Aerospace experience. You must also have experience leading or directing/supervising a group of engineers or technicians.
