A military system development company is growing in California, Alabama, Colorado and Ohio. In their Dayton, OH research facility, they are looking to add a Cost Analysis Manager. You will join a team of approximately 20 hard-working, team-oriented engineers and research specialists and will also work directly with the CEO of the company. In this unique structure, you'll be forecasting and developing cost structures for some of the most complex and important systems that our nation's military uses, while working in a family environment.
A few important functions of this role include:
" managing military acquisition projects
" conducting ROI for new system development
" develop and implement new cost-estimating tools and analysis techniques, monitor results and report to CEO
" use various Excel models to perform cost-analysis on complex military systems
" travel to customers and to vendors to strengthen business relationships
Requirements:
" bachelor's degree in finance, business or engineering
" at least 10-15 years of experience leading high-level military cost projects
" management experience- leading groups of people, implementing change, developing new cost-analysis methods
" strong military business acquisition experience
" US citizen- and must have, or be able to obtain, active security clearance
